Anxiety
While anxiety is one of the most common struggles, it is treatable. Anxiety can be crippling, and left unmanaged, can consume a person. Like many of the other issues, this can look different for different people. Some people find that anxiety causes panic attacks others feel like the anxiety is always there and they can’t pin what causes it. Some people are able to identify exactly what causes the anxiety but can’t find ways to deal with it.
