Life is a cycle of seasons.

Some seasons are better than others and sometimes we feel stuck. You might feel like you are in a funk or you don’t know where to turn to next. When a person gets stuck in a season, they can often feel alone, unheard, lost, or exhausted. Being able to explore, problem solve, and discover new tools can help people to move through the season or grow from it. As humans, we all struggle sometimes and need help as we navigate through life.

People need to feel supported, heard, connected, and valued.

At Full Circle Counseling and Wellness, we provide an environment that is conducive to assisting you in whatever season you are going through. We provide a trusted relationship and safe space for you to explore your life and take control. Together, we will develop behavior and lifestyle changes that work for you.

We will implement solutions that will last long-term and develop the most effective change.

This process will likely take hard work and might feel frustrating at times, but with support and encouragement, the experience will guide you into a better place.

Therapy with Alyssa

I provide a client centered approach, meaning I offer empathetic understanding to those I work with. I also believe in utilizing a strengths-based approach to instill a sense of purpose and happiness. I view therapy as a collaborative experience as I walk alongside you through difficult seasons of life.

I have training and experience working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, grief, low self-esteem, and life transitions. Many of my past clients have experienced childhood trauma.  In my time working in the field, I have found working with 15-year-olds through young adulthood to be an area of passion.

Beginning THERAPY IS a BRAVE decision. I WOULD BE HONORED TO partner WITH YOU in your journey to healing and wellness.

Therapy with Julie

I provide a supportive, creative environment for adults and teens facing life transitions, depression, anxiety, long-term substance use recovery, eating disorders. I specialize in LGBTQIA+ affirming care, offering gender-affirming support and creating safe spaces for all sexual identities.

With a degree in Counseling Psychology focused on drama therapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies and an MFA in Media and Performing Arts from Savannah College of Art and Design, my approach blends therapeutic techniques with artistic expression.

My commitment to equity and inclusivity shapes my practice, as I continuously challenges myself to ally with marginalized and oppressed communities. My innovative use of drama therapy, including mask work and performance art, supports clients in managing the difficulties of life as well as enhancing their tool box.

I am trained in drama therapy techniques but also offer a traditional therapeutic experience for those who prefer a more conventional approach. My creative and empathetic methods foster resilience and personal growth to help you find what you have been looking for.

Reaching out for support can be challenging, but I’m here to support you throughout your experience!

I have experience in areas such as depression, anxiety, adjustment, oncology, chronic illness, and grief and loss.  As a counselor certified in thanatology (the study of death, dying, and bereavement), I recognize that the grief process is not just for death-losses.  Non-death losses such as a loss of a way of life, loss of a job, loss of a relationship, and many more can trigger grief.  Together, we can help you process that grief and adapt so that the days ahead feel a little lighter.

I often use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in my practice.  In your first session we will discuss what motivated you to seek counseling services as well as what you value in life.  From there, we will discuss the thoughts, behaviors, and emotions that may be pulling you away from those values as well as what tools we can add to your therapy toolbox.  During treatment, I will help you set goals for yourself and we will discuss realistic ways to achieve them to help you live your values. I work with teens through adults.

I look forward to joining you on your path!

Therapy with Katie

I have worked with people from all walks of life and a variety of backgrounds. It is important to me to provide a safe space where people are able to look inward and work on their growth. Respect and empathy are part of everything that I do.

Aside from being a trained psychotherapist, I also have training as a WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Planning) facilitator. This means that we identify issues that have caused you problems and make plans to prevent them from happening or deal with them early on. I have worked with people managing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, grief, psychosis, and other life circumstances.

While I treat a myriad of individuals, I specialize in working with adults and teens to figure out how to make things better or figure out what is happening. I have a passion for working with people who are exploring Borderline Personality Disorder.

Often, treatment focuses is on identifying relationships that could be better, working to set healthy boundaries, and maintaining those boundaries. This process can also include figuring out who you are, what is important to you, and what you want out of life.

This is your life and your experience! I would be honored to walk through it with you.
